Prices vary according to the amount of input from your online personal trainers from BRIGA TRAINING. The availability of the online fitness tools is the same for everyone! Your membership pricing level is determined by the amount of input you feel you need from our BRIGA TRAINING STAFF, and of course, your BUDGET.


BRIGA BOOTCAMP

Our Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor or indoor programme that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. A Fun Way To Test and Challenge Yourself. The Boot Camp-style group workout has grown dramatically. Our regular male & female participants come from many athletic backgrounds and fitness levels. In addition to mixed martial artists; boxers, fire fighters, police officers, football, soccer, baseball, ringette, and volleyball players have all benefitted greatly from these 50 minute intense non-stop action workouts.

Our Boot Camp group workouts, which include a lot of the CrossFit™ exercises and equipment, also incorporate the JUNGLE GYM suspension system in all our programs, so you will enjoy an intense workout for every muscle in your body, literally. Tone, tighten, sculpt, strengthen and stretch while having fun learning new exercises and taking your fitness to the next level.

As a CrossFit™ affiliate, we abide by the CrossFit™ methods, principles and concepts via constantly varied, universally functional movements and performing them at high intensity. We utilize proven training methods which are measurable, observable and repeatable by recording data and improving overall fitness & wellness.


CrossFit™ is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical teams, firemen, military special operations units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. However, it is designed for universal adaptability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age, gender or ability.

Participants are trained to successfully perform multiple, diverse and randomized physical challenges. Instead of training for a specific sport, CrossFit™ trains you to become a fantastic athlete. This will be the most intense 45 minutes you'll ever experience. It is not for the weak of heart and not for those with chronic pain.

Strength & Conditioning Training for Athletes
Our strength & conditioning program offers the most comprehensive, safe, and effective training available for a very competitive rate. We help male and female athletes of all ages and all sports improve their strength, power, speed, agility, flexibility and sport specific conditioning level. Our athletes get results!

Every client must purchase their own package of sessions (no sharing). Pre-paid sessions have no expiration date. Workouts are approximately an hour long and are done by appointment only. Members of our staff are available 7 days per week, from early morning to late evening We reserve the right to pair your athlete with another athlete for competitive purposes.
