Prices vary according to the amount of input from your online personal trainers from BRIGA TRAINING. The availability of the online fitness tools is the same for everyone! Your membership pricing level is determined by the amount of input you feel you need from our BRIGA TRAINING STAFF, and of course, your BUDGET.
Our Boot Camp group workouts, which include a lot of the CrossFit™ exercises and equipment, also incorporate the JUNGLE GYM suspension system in all our programs, so you will enjoy an intense workout for every muscle in your body, literally. Tone, tighten, sculpt, strengthen and stretch while having fun learning new exercises and taking your fitness to the next level.
CrossFit™BRIGA is a an elite fitness facility where quality comes before quantity and where vanity and ego are left outside our doors. As a CrossFit™ affiliate, we abide by the CrossFit™ methods, principles and concepts via constantly varied, universally functional movements and performing them at high intensity. We utilize proven training methods which are measurable, observable and repeatable by recording data and improving overall fitness & wellness.
Strength & Conditioning Training for Athletes Every client must purchase their own package of sessions (no sharing). Pre-paid sessions have no expiration date. Workouts are approximately an hour long and are done by appointment only. Members of our staff are available 7 days per week, from early morning to late evening We reserve the right to pair your athlete with another athlete for competitive purposes. |
